So I'm installing Service Pack 3 for Windows XP right now (well I have been for the past hour) and I was wondering if it's normal to have been at the part where it says "Finishing Installation - Running processes after install" for like 30 minutes. I can't click < Back, Finish, or Cancel but I can move the installer window around.
